Mariam You have shown good use of photoshop here to create the black and white effect. You have also used contrast controls to change the appearance of the image.
Your masking is very neat and precise.
This is a MERIT.
To make it even better you could space out the coverlines (Lionel Richie etc) so that they do not look like one paragraph. The word "Camron" is also too close to the Rhianna and Chris coverline.
Use the more of the space on the page for the rest of the coverlines so that you don't have to cram them all at the bottom.
